Brian Steigleder is in his second year as an assistant baseball coach at King's Ridge. He is a former student of Shades Valley High School in Irondale, AL and graduated in 2009. During his time in high school, he played baseball as a three-year starter and helped lead the high school team to the Alabama 6A State quarter-finals as a sophomore in 2007 and recognized with the HOBY Leadership Award. 

From 2009-2011, Brian attended and played baseball at Enterprise State Community College. He then coached the Junior Varsity baseball team of his high school alma mater between 2013-2014. 

From 2016-2023, Brian played semi-professional baseball for the Birmingham Juggernauts in the BMBL in Birmingham, AL. He led the league in Slugging Percentage and Runs Batted in 2021 and led the Juggernauts Team in batting average in 2022. 

Since 2017, he has also coached several travel 12u-15u teams in the Birmingham, Alabama area along with personal instruction. He currently coaches with the Georgia Roadrunners travel baseball program in Alpharetta. 

Brian is the Junior Varsity Head Coach and will also be assisting the varsity team.

Apart from baseball, Brian enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and step-daughter.
