Davonte Hill
Coach Davonte Hill is a proud graduate of Roswell High School and holds a degree in Sport Management from the University of West Georgia. With a deep-rooted passion for football and developing young athletes, Coach Hill brings a high-energy, disciplined approach to the game—especially in the trenches as a dedicated Defensive Line Coach.
Over the years, Coach Hill has built a strong foundation coaching across multiple levels of youth football. His coaching journey includes impactful roles with the Milton Steelers Youth Program, 5th/6th Grade Fellowship Christian, 6th/7th Grade Milton Eagles, and 8th Grade King’s Ridge. At each stop, he has been known for his ability to build relationships, teach fundamentals, and instill a relentless work ethic in his players.
Coach Hill’s philosophy centers around toughness, technique, and team-first mentality. He believes that great defensive line play starts with effort, accountability, and mastering the small details. His goal is not only to help young athletes succeed on the field, but to prepare them for success off it—through leadership, discipline, and character.
