During the summer of 2023, KRCS Varsity Cheerleading attending Fellowship of Christian Athletes cheerleading camp at Emmanuel College, which offered the girls a phenomenal experience in which to grown in their faith and develop excellence in cheerleading skills. KRCS placed first in the Game Day Routine Competition, and two of our athletes, Amelia Erbrick and Alex Stann, received camp wide awards for both spiritual and athletic leadership. During the week, FCA hosted tryouts for All Americans. KRCS Senior, Lily Gardiner, and Sophomore, Alex Stann, both tried out and were named two of 37 All Americans out of hundreds of athletes in FCA's summer camps program. They were then invited to attend the 2024 Peach Bowl Game in Atlanta, Georgia with their coaches and families. The weekend included a special banquet in their honor, an opportunity to walk and perform in the Game Day parade as well as Fan Fest at the World Congress Center. Before the game, the girls had the opportunity to visit the field at Mercedes Benz and perform their All American routines. King's Ridge is so proud of Lily and Alex for representing our cheerleading program as the first FCA All Americans. Go Tigers!
