Sophomore Shaw Branch made history on Saturday by becoming the first King's Ridge Wrestler to qualify for the GHSA State Championship. Shaw, a sophomore, has been a part of the program since its inception three years ago. Finishing in 4th place in the 190lb division at Regionals, Shaw secured a spot in the State Meet in Macon on February 15th-17th. Ethan Dlugolenski finished Regionals in 7th place in the 215lb division, earning a first alternate spot in the State Meet.
